Satth provides general information, education, organizational tools, and coordination—not individualized legal, medical, immigration, investment, or financial advice.
Founding Membership
Satth Founding Membership is a $13/year annual subscription that renews automatically until canceled. Founder status is limited to the first 1,300 qualifying successful payments. A Founder number is a permanent historical identifier; it is not ownership, equity, a security, voting power, or a governance right.
Founder early access begins in batches by August 7, 2026, or sooner. The official public launch is September 1, 2026. Early versions will be tested and improved with Founder feedback, and features may be introduced progressively.
The Founder rate remains available only while membership stays continuously eligible. Past-due payment retries may temporarily retain eligibility. Unpaid or terminally canceled memberships, full refunds, or disputes end automatic Founder-rate eligibility. Cancellation remains effective through the paid-through date. Partial refunds do not automatically end eligibility. Duplicate and capacity-overflow payments may require manual refund review.
Stripe processes payments for Satth LLC. Taxes may apply. Refunds are evaluated under the circumstances and applicable law; partial refunds do not automatically end eligibility, while full refunds end automatic Founder-rate eligibility. Service features and availability may change.
